Enrolment Information

Thank you for considering enrolling your child at our school.

Enrolments for 2020 are closed as we have reached our maximum roll number.

The steps to enrolment are:

Step 1: Establish your child's eligibility for Preference of Enrolment. This is discussed with your parish priest. (see criteria below)

Step 2: Ring the office for an appointment to meet with the Principal, Karolina Surynt-Tapiki.

Step 3: During your appointment, you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. You will also be shown around the school and will meet the New Entrants teacher if you have a child just starting school.

Step 4: Complete the enrolment form and return to the school. A letter will be sent to you confirming enrolment along with information about the purchase of uniforms and pre-school visits.

Criteria for Preference of Enrolment

5.1 The child has been baptised or is being prepared for baptism in the Catholic Church.
5.2 The child's parents/guardians have already allowed one or more of its siblings to be baptised in the Catholic faith.
5.3 At least one parent/guardian is a Catholic, and although their child has not yet been baptised, the child's participation in the life of the school could lead to the parents having the child baptised.
5.4 With the agreement of the child's parent/guardian, a significant familial adult, such as a grandparent, aunt or uncle who is actively involved in the child's upbrining undertakes to support the child's formation in the faith and practices of the Catholic Church.
5.5 One or both of a child's non-Catholic parents/guardians is preparing to become a Catholic.

5% of our maximum roll may be made up of children who do not qualify for a Preference Certificate.
